AUCTION TERMS
All items are sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Wausau Auctioneers. All sales are subject to the WI State Sales Tax law. Sales tax exemption may be claimed using Wisconsin Form S-211.
CONDITIONS
Bidders are encouraged to fully examine all items before bidding. While descriptions are believed to be correct and information was obtained from sources deemed reliable, any information contained in the brochure is in no way a guarantee or warranty expressed or implied. Hour meter and odometer readings published in this listing are not guaranteed, we can only report what is visually seen. Each item in the auction is being sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item is the sole responsibility of purchaser from the moment the item is sold.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment by wire transfer only no later than December 5, 2024. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS!
ONLINE BIDDING
THERE IS A 15% BUYERS FEE, plus sales tax, added to all purchases (sales tax exemption can be claimed using WI Tax Exemption Form S-211).
All fees are taxable if the item is taxable except for motor vehicle title fees. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the WI Sales Tax Form S-211 is completed in its entirety. Please email completed exemption forms to info@wausauauctioneers.com. Payment must be made in full by 4PM CT on Thursday December 5th, 2024. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Sales Corporation prior to auction date.
If you are the winning bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the sale is completed and reconciled on Monday December 2, 2024. Included in the email will be wiring instructions and a WI Tax Exemption form. If you are tax exempt, taxes will be removed once we receive the completed WI Tax Exemption form. Payment must be made in full by 4PM CT on Thursday December 5, 2024. All items must be removed by 4PM CT on Monday, December 30, 2024.
PICK UP DATES & LOADING
Lots 406 through 430 are decommissioned and ready to ship from our warehouse at 410 Douglas Street, Merrill, WI 54452. Forklift loading assistance will be provided from December 9, 2024 through December 13, 2024, by appointment only. After December 13, 2024 you must provide your own equipment to load. All items must be removed no later than December 30, 2024.
Lots 431 through 436 are ready to ship from our yard at 4510 County Road L, Merrill, Wisconsin 54452. Forklift loading assistance is available Mon-Fri from 8:00AM to 3:30PM. All items must be removed no later than December 30, 2024.
