Settlement must be made in full on day of auction. Any other arrangements must be made with auction company prior to auction date.

ONLINE BIDDING

Simultaneous internet bidding is available thru LPSbid.com or Proxibid.com. A 13% buyer’s premium plus sales tax (exempt if applicable per WI Tax Exemption form) per lot will be added to internet purchases. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the WI Sales Tax exemption form is completed in its entirety.

If you are the winning bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the auction is completed & reconciled on Thursday, October 17th, 2024. Included in the email will be wiring instructions and a WI Tax Exemption form. If you are tax exempt, taxes will be removed once we receive the completed WI Tax Exemption form.
